Dr. Alastair Harper, DC
I completed my Chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in December 1999. After graduation I spent the first two and a half years practicing in the San Francisco bay area. While being the senior associate doctor in the busy clinic, my knowledge in the areas of sports, work and automobile injuries expanded exponentially. Then, back to the Pacific Northwest was the next move in my adventurous life.
I am always in search of ways to improve myself in order to care for patients to the best of my ability with confidence and dignity. I am an avid athlete who has competed in hundreds of swimming, rowing, running, and triathlon events around the world. I love my wife Julie & daugther Finola, the outdoors, our animals, and living life to its fullest!

Aimee Bahr, LMP
I have been practicing massage for six years. I have advanced training in deep tissue and injury treatment massage, massage for orthopedic conditions, sports massage, and massage for Whiplash Syndrome. I am a provider for most insurance companies and have experience motor vehicle and work injury claims.
I have special interest in working on soft tissue injuries, sprains and strains, tendonitis related conditions, muscle spasms, headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and nerve impingement conditions. I demonstrate my expertise in treating existing conditions and helping to prevent there re-occurrence.
I believe that combining multiple techniques allows for better results, and understand that one patient may respond better to one technique than another patient. Examples of techniques I use are myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pain-free passive stretching, pin and stretch, MET, hydrotherapy, and deep connective tissue massage.
My goals as a therapist are to help facilitate tissue healing, decrease inflammation, help restore structural imbalances in various muscle groups throughout he body, dissolve muscle adhesions, lengthen connective tissue, hydrate joints, help release entrapped nerves, and help speed the recovery of soft tissue trauma and injury. I believe it is important to encourage patients to be actively involved in their treatment plan and stay committed to their physicians recommendations.
Professionalism and quality care are my strengths. If you or you are in need of an exceptional massage therapist I may be the one for you.
